(The goal)
Deliver the best experience for the users by simplifying the processes they had to go through to get into their new office, and providing full control over their subscriptions. creating the internal tools so the team cloud always have visibility on the progress and needs from their clients.
(Approach)
As consultant I guided the team throughout the optimization of their internal processes and simplifying the experience of their final users by creating Blueprints and Journey maps, leading user testing interviews and A-B testing flows and prototypes to ensure the most value was achieved with constant iterations.
(Outcome)
With several of digital products I was able to create seamless processes for the users in a coherent ecosystem that feels part of a unique experience, combining the power of technology and data with simple and user-friendly interfaces.
